Jinasena Infotech was consulted by a well-known retailer for men’s clothing in Sri Lanka to implement an ERP solution for them. Since their business was growing daily, the internal staff could not handle the work manually and the Board of Directors felt the company had much inconsistent data regarding the stock count and accounts. By getting the ERP platform up and running within six months, the company saw massive growth of the business, correct stock counts, accurate accounts, bringing in new features for the showrooms, and getting management reports. Also, at the end of the sixth month, the company had trebled the profits when comparing to the previous years.
